Recipe: Shredded Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients:

12oz bag of shredded broccoli stems mix
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
½ tbsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 chopped apple (optional)

Directions:

In a large bowl add honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
Whisk really well and add remaining ingredients. Mix until sauce is evenly distributed.
